how do you get the mobile to work with out being on the local network ie wireless mobile viewing out of the building. I was hooked up to the ivms app now extinct cant get it to go plz help

Hi 👋 great video...so just assuming I have this already setup and running on my current mobile phone and I get a new phone is it just a matter of downland the app again to the phone and logging in? No need to do all the QR scanning again ? Thanks in advance 👍

Hi Security Perth The QR method you demoed in this video, will it allow me to view cameras remotely as well, over a cellular connection Or does this method only work on local wifi? Thanks

Great video, well explained. I currently use ivms-4500 app on my android which works fine. Is there any reason why I would switch to Hik-connect app?

How do I find the ip address to input the on my mobile app. The QR code never seem to work. I got it working before, but I don't remember how to find the ip address manually.

I had the same problem (with an Android phone) After a lot of searching I watched a tutorial which says said turn off your phones wifi when adding the DVR, This I did and now I can view my Cameras remotely.
