My Luna has been great but two questions: 1. The center spoke that adjusts up and down touches the floor , so when I slide the chair across the hardwood or carpet, the clip on the bottom scrapes. Is there a way to adjust that or was it constructed improperly? 2. The back of my Luna is at a much more reclined and steeper angle when the chair is in a neutral, flat position than the chair you show in the video or the one I tested on the showroom floor. Is THAT adjustable,.or was THAT assembled incorrectly? Thanks!

1. Snap a photo of the order number on the bottom of the chair and request a new cylinder & base. 9to5seating.com/warranty-request/ 2. That doesn't sound accurate for the back angle. It should not be in "recliner mode" haha. I would mention that in the warranty request. The dealer you purchased from can assist as well. Hope this helps.

The arms on my chair only go up and down. The right arm moves a smidgen out (not enough to really make a difference) and the left one won't move at all. What am I doing wrong? Thanks!

The width adjustment on the A45 arms is minimal, but if you rotate the handle it will loosen the allen bolt.
