I can't push that flap down though. It seems reaaally hard to push down

Try moving it slightly up or down the band, it is only supposed to click down at certain points. Hope this helps!

@@watchdepotAU I got it to close by pressing down a lot harder with another object so it didn't hurt my thumb doing it 🙃

You don't need a special tool lol, just lift the other side of the arrow with a fingernail
