How do i get my heater in BO mode? I have the same setup as you and have also installed AquaConnect. Regardless, seems that when i set the heater temp on the aqua plus panel to say 90, it turns the heater on, but doesn’t physically change the temp on the heater.

How my keypad and wiring were replaced and I can’t get the heater to go on with the gold line remote. Do you know how to link it up? Thanks

Same here. I have this same system with a Hayward heater, but I don’t get the same pop up selections as this video.

I have the exact same setup as your video, all brand new. The problem I have is the pump will speed up and the heater fires but then shuts down withing 30 secs. It will do this multiple times and then finally stay on.

Sounds like a heater problem not a pump.

@@wilkinsongregg47 it could be a flame sensor or lack of gas. But I would call you pool company it should be under warranty.

Question: I have a client with the same system and I can’t control the heater from the heater control panel. I push the buttons and nothing happeneds. The heater will turn on randomly and when ever they want to use the heater it won’t turn on. What do I do?

What code is on the heater? It should be a 2 letter code.

Mine is the same Hayward system as this and I don’t get the heater selection like this video as well.
