This only works to enlarge page sizes. You cannot adjust to make them smaller or a pop up notifies you it cannot be reduced in size.

What about colums. I habe a pdf where a colum cuts a number off. Say its 101 it cuts of the 1 leaving 10 visible. When I search for 101 it shows that colum. Its as if the colum needs to be extended like an excel.

When I click on "Edit PDF" it doesn't give me the option that you got. It seems like it wants me to sign in to an email account or something.

@@libertybrandbiz I honestly don't even recall what I was working on, as it sems that was over a year ago and I've always got tons of different projects going on and so I don't remember the specific intricacies of that particular event or what I finally ended up doing - but as a blind shot I would suggest to try resaving the document as new pdf and see it's then resizable, or if pdf size adjustment can be made during the resaving procss) - including if necessary, trying to resave as new pdf via print to pdf command and seeing if size adjustments can be made via that approach, whether for single pages, at a page by page assembly pace, or for all pages simultaneously - or as last case resort, save it instead to a MS Word format. and resize in that program, accordingly - though it'll probably be a crap shoot as to whether the Word doc could then be saved as a new PDF while retaining your custom MS Word page size specs. It's all trial and error and the anount of brainstorming requird can sometimes very time consuming and frustrating. Best of luck to you with your project !
