How to adjust roof sheet roll forming machine?

3 жыл бұрынThis video is for teaching the user who want to know how to adjust steel roof sheet roll forming machine. After installed well by workers according to design drawing, we need to test the roof sheet roll forming machine by PPGI or galvanized sheet.
First, put the steel sheet into the leading rollers and press down the start button on the portable controller. The worker should check the roof sheet sample carefully:
Scrap or not?
Wrinkle at two sides or not?
Any block during roof sheet running?
Just to see by eyes, you can stop running to check when you need to do.
