I studied business in my undergraduate work, so i'm not totally ignorant to unique business models. I will admit, as someone predisposed to skepticism, this looks like a pyramid scheme. The person at the top, the person "managing" the team makes significantly more than everyone underneath them. There is a incredible incentive to sign up coaches underneath you, not even to sell a product. In addition, this bonus system seems intentionally complex and convoluted. The points have no universal value. They can be manipulated at any time to be less or more value than before. Why use a point system when you could just use an internationally recognized currency to compensate employees? I would suggest the dollar. It's more transparent and easy to understand. For example: When people below you buy $10 worth of product you earn $3. Please, can someone explain how this isn't a scam?

Michael, I'm confused. At the 3:17 mark you say you have to have 2 personally sponsored active coaches in addition to the active emeralds under you. But, the screen shows three coaches and you say three as well? Can you please explain that? Thanks!
