we are in complete lockdown in NZ so I can’t skydive everyday or train Jiu Jitsu so I’ve been watching all of your videos and practicing heaps in my backyard and setting up obstacle courses for myself because I need some way for this adrenaline filled brain to cope😂 you rock ✊️

When you do an aerial from a really high ledge, I’d say to do your aerial normally and since you’re higher up, once you get your first foot down below you bring your other leg to it, while you’re still in the air. Does that make sense? Or else it is just a brandy.

Hi Ronnie! Been trying to do freerunning and tricking for a while now, but an injury from i guess 9 years ago where my left thigh was pulled when doing a right leg forward split. Now I am unable to stretch far and hence, many ariel movements are difficult or impossible for me to do as i cannot throw my legs apart very far :( Do you have any recommendations? Thank you!

It looks like from a drop, you d-leg the end instead of Arial kick that second leg. Cool. I do the opposite, I kick more Arial...ish but from a ledge my Arial turns less flippish and more b-kick ish.
