Hi. I just bought a C 250 Sport 2015 and it seems to be locked in comfort mode. The buttons to change agility, turn on/off start/stop system are not working. Also when I was driving I saw a message on command saying that the system would shut down in a minute if the engine wasn't started. Does anyone know how to deal with this?

My GLC200 Start/Stop Eco mode is not functioning as it use to. It’s always in amber color. Sometimes, it goes into green color and activates when stopped but only 5 secs and in turned again into amber color. It will take several days to turn it again into green color but only for a short time. Is this normal? Or I’m missing something in settings? Thanks

Mine was doing exactly the same. I was told by my dealer there's so many things that could affect the working of the stop start. However when you examine them in detail the most common thing is the 'Voltage' at the battery. My car was 5 yrs old when I got it and so was the battery. I bit the bullet bought a new battery - problem solved. Good luck.

MrBiggyfly i do not think so, it always starts in Comfort. You would think luxury car like benz can let you customize..
