Thanks I’m currently working on my one arm airwalk. I never knew how to do the set up. I kept doing the set up from the split grip position. I’m gonna try the outside hand at waist hight. Thanks for the tip xxx

Came here to learn how to do inverted air walk and I’m blown away because I’ve never learnt the 1st two I can do anything in elbow grip but I can do the air walk in split grip it was the 1st airwalk I learnt and stumbled across it be accident. I’m going to practice the 1st two and move on to the one hand before trying inverted but I’m excited

i feel like when i get into a climb its too hard/fast to distance myself from the pole to get into the elbow grip if that makes sense

Hi. Im new here. I want to learn pole dancing in the future and I'm wondering how can i prepare my body now so that it wont be so drastic for my body to deal with? I also have chronic pain so I'm definitely trying to ease into this and take as much time and care as needed to not go overboard too soon. 🙏🏽

Hey hun I'm also a pole newbie I have double ostomies, fibromygia chronic pain endometriosis, overan cysts , too be honest hun when you start youre already having a full body work out I went last Monday I was so excited I was trying too do a pose and I flung myself off the pole lol 😆 but I got back up and did it but 45 mins in I was in agony where my arms ached but I absolutely loved it I'm due my 32nd operation on Monday and I've not done anything sport related ever but since 2006 I haven't done anything due too constantly being poorly but now I'm not gonna allow it too effect my life, you could try lifting weights or yoga, but you learn as you go , make sure you ask for a mat too go on floor first ,also listen too ur body don't compare youre self too anyone else we all learn at different rates , you make sure you laugh giggle, you will hurt for me its been 6 days so I would do pole once a week for 6 weeks then start going too 2 classes and maybe a flexibility class before youre pole class if you're not able make sure you have warmed up it will help with movements etc , its really hard but it's just brilliant make sure you have a nice warm soak after class , and pain relief but it put me on such a high I didn't feel any major aches till the morning after , sorry for the essay just wanted too help ,no doubt you know this anyway, also don't wear any moisturiser for 48 hrs before, I do find my chronic pain actually eases especially my back ache which is great but that's more just stretching , good luck lovely you will be absolutely amazing and hooked once you start❤

So the problem i have is how fast the pole spins when i walk. It spins a lil faster thn my walk. How can i fix tht or is tht normal
@FIT2FLAUNT
@FIT2FLAUNT 11 ай бұрын
You have to control the momentum better before taking off. Once you are in the air if you feel like it is spinning too fast, slow the pole down by leaning outward. The closer you are to the pole the faster it will spin.
