Good tips. Blessings! Walking is free and easy on the joints ladies. No need for pills just stay active and eat in moderation. Please incorporate fruit, vegetables, and water. Movement is the best way to lose weight. Do not consume unnecessary pills.🙏

I used to spend a great deal of time on my nails. With the return of quiet luxury, I really thought about what I was doing with my nails. Unless I wanted to have daily manicures, even my favorite nudes and pale pinks get chipped and broken. So I made the choice to go for short nails with clear polish only. Since my skin tone is quite pink and pale, I naturally have the French manicure look. So now my nails always look perfect rather than having a few perfect days and many more of less than optimal.

A male nail technician suggested short nails without polish many years ago; due to my on the go lifestyle. He did suggest a light colour on my toes. I have since worn gold polish on my toes.
