I don't wanna sound like a 🤓 But the reason why the punch looks so slow is because you don't need that many pictures to get that hand from point A to point B. First, it needs to start slow(like in this vid), but then you need one or 2 pics where the fist is kinda in the middle between the space of the figures, and the next pic should be when the fist hits the the face for impact. It's called: ease in ease out.
