Step 1: 00:06
Preparation.
Loosen or remove clothing to access your sensor.
Clean and dry skin, removing oils and moisturisers, with Skin Glee.
Remember to allow 2 hours before showering or physical activity.
For extra grip prepare the area with Skin Glu.
Step 2: 00:23
Select a patch
Select a suitable patch that best aligns with your sensor and lifestyle.
Step 3: 00:30
Application
Peel off one side to reveal the adhesive surface.
Be sure to avoid stretching or folding the patch onto itself.
Align the non-stick centre over the CGM sensor.
Gently smooth down the adhesive side to the skin - ensuring the patch is adequately covering the device.
Step 4: 00:53
Repeat the process on the other side.
Gently smooth to ensure all adhesive is sticking to the skin.
Step 5: 01:06
For best results gently rub the patch to help the adhesive stick and allow 2 hours for the patch to set before jumping into physical activities.

I have used these 2 times and both times, it has been really hard to remove. Its almost like its super glued to my arm. Please tell me how to remove these without ripping my skin off?

Hi Jackie! You can try using our product Skin Glee. Just rub on the skin towards the adhesive to help any residue come off completely. Wiping Skin Glee where your patch meets your skin will help ensure easy patch removal.

I've got a pack of these on order for my daughter right now, we've never used them before (she is using the Medtronic Guardian 4). I've seen some videos where the people leave the centre patch on and others where they take it off, is this optional how we do this? What's the difference?

Hi Mike & Catherine, our patches are designed to give you both options. The non-stick centre will become adhesive when the centre outer film is removed. The reason we don't showcase this in many of our videos is because if the patch becomes compromised - users have the option to replace it without jeopardising their sensor when removing the patch.

Hey Guys, as you may already know the adhesive stickers on the medtronics are really hard to remove and this gives a lot of anxiety for my son when we come to take it off for him. I was wondering would these patches be a good alternative (easier to remove from the skin)? Thank you.

Hi Khaled! Absolutely. Our patches are hypoallergenic, water, and sweat-proof that lasts up to 7 to 14 days. One of the advantages of NJaP is that we have an optional non-stick section which means that your sensor gets full protection but the patch does not have to stick to it directly.
