Thanks for this great video. I used to think the old portal was archaic and I have been trying to wrap my head round compressing my files for the new portal since I have a lot of files. But now I know this old portal is not bad at all. Please I observed that in the spaces for cost of studies, you only filled the space for tuition and not for board. Is board not necessary? Secondly, if I have a partial scholarship, how do I fill that in?

you still need to type in the required amount in there. The compulsory parts to fill out are already in Asteric if you check well. As for the partial scholarship you got, you need to explain that in your letter of intent. if you have more questions please ask.

apply to a school immediately, if you are given admission. apply for a study permit as well on the canada.ca website. even if your visiting visa expires, in as much as you have an active application for a study permit, you can remain in Canada

24:02 in that field , my total tution fee for two years 25k,so total funds i have in my account in 30k cad , rest of the money come from my uncle as a sponsorship , so what should i put in the box called "my expenses paid by...." other or my self?

paid by yourself, however, you need to show bank statement for both yourself and your uncle and then explain in your letter of intent that your uncle will also assist you through your study

if u got a masters admission your spouse can get a work permit. but if its a degree or diploma program, your spouse cannot get a work permit.

You cannot tell, it depends on the sch and what program you are applying for but from what I have seen it's possibly 3 months

Thanks for the information. But can the IRCC secure account still be used now? From what I read from the site, you can only use the secure account for applications where you're coming with your spouse who needs a work permit. On the other hand, if you're applying alone, then you have to use the IRCC new portal. Kindly explain that further for me. Thank you

Point of correction bro, you can't use any one to apply for the study permit oooo IRCC stated that if you're an individual applying, you've to use the new portal and if you use te old portal, your application won't be processed... Good morning

Right now, you cannot apply for a work permit for a family member if you are not in a Masters or PhD program. So if you get admission for diploma or undergraduate degree, your family cannot get a work permit as per the current rules

One of the optional documents...the first one is IMM5257 & the other is Client Information...I think it is the same as letter of explanation or SOP...I meant to request for a video about the client information...it is on the 34th minute of your video. Thank you so much!
