Thanks but how do I apply online? Do you have any video on that? Do we apply through permanent residence application? I am struggling with which option to choose as I dont see any option that says humanitarian and compassionate grounds in the online application for permanent residence.

H&C is for status in Canada. Do you mean Humanitarian Parole?

I am applying h&c for my mom 75 yrs old. She is here on visit visa since 2018 Dec. Her husband has died but an adopted son 19yrs is still backhome. All biological children are in canada. Do I need to pay fee for her adopted son who is not in canada but included in the application and still dependent?

This is a tough question. She can't sponsor her son if she is only here on a Super Visa. You can't sponsor your brother. You should talk to a lawyer or a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant.

Hi I have Canadian PR but my PR Card has expired and when i applied for PRTD same was refused on grounds that I did not meet the 730 Days stay in Canada. My SSN is still valid. How can I get my PR Card revalidated and return back to Canada

When your PRTD was refused was your status revoked? If you still have your status or believe you have your status, you can attempt to travel to Canada through the United States (once travel restrictions are lessened). You'll have to fly to the US with your Record of Landing/COPR and attempt to enter Canada by car or on foot. (The key point is you can't fly, take the train, bus or ferry. It has to be a "private vehicle".) They will decide whether or not to let you in when you get to the Port of Entry. That's your only option unless you actually have an H&C case (because you were a minor when you left).

@@immigroup The letter stated that PRTD cannot be issued as i did not fulfill the requirement of 730 Days and was tild that if I want I can apply against the decision in the court. I have checked my SSN status is still valid.

You have three options: Contact the UNHRC Find five Canadians to sponsor you (G5) Travel to Canada without passing through a "safe third country" (like the US), which is very hard right now.

There's no set processing time, it depends upon the case and what situation the application is for.

"H &C C" is not a visa, it's an appeal. If you want your parents to come, you either have to sponsor them (and that program is on hold due to the pandemic) or they have to apply fora "super visa" (also hard right now, given the pandemic).

Immigroup Inc actually they are here already as a tourist. we cannot sponsor them yet coz there is an income bracket. maybe we can qualify for this.

@@christiefediliscaballero7992 That's just not possible right now. Parental sponsorship is on hold due to the pandemic.
