UK FIANCE VISA APPLICATION FROM OUTSIDE THE UK (Philippines):
On this video, you will know the documents we submitted on our own online application for a UK Fiancé visa that was applied outside the UK. The application is done by a Filipino citizen on May 2021.
Disclaimer: I will be sharing my experience ONLY. I got my application approved and hope to help others who are planning or in the process of applying. We just applied fiancé visa last friday and my biometrics is on Thursday. We didn't hire a solicitor as both fiancé and I are living in Japan. It's nerve wracking doing a DIY application but with the help of videos like this, we're pretty confident in applying on our own. Thank you so much!

Hi! Thank you so much for your video! I have 2 doubts and if you could help me I'd appreciate it! When you traveled with your fiancé visa did you buy/book a return flight? As far I understood we don't need the return flight as we are extending the visa after getting married or entering a civil partnership, is it correct? And would it be good if I joined my sponsor's bank account even if we don't yet live together in order to prove our relationship is genuine? Thank you again!

My question would be, when you’re applying, it seems to me that is the same application option as the Spouse Visa, although I need to apply for Fiancé. Hi! Thanks for watching. I did not have to submit my own bank statements. What's important is your sponsors financial details especially since as a fiance you are not allowed to work. They need to make sure that he is able to support you financially when you get to the UK :)

If she enters with a fiance visa she can apply for a family (spousal) visa after your wedding. She does not need to leave the UK. The expectation of the fiance visa is that you will convert it to a family visa and settle in the UK.

you cant book a registry unless you have a marriage or fiancé visa as I can see so a bit hard to show that you have a booking as you need the visa to book . Yet they don't let you get married unless you have the applied fiancé visa. I'm pretty sure other European countries don't put as much obstacles in. As a matter of fact in the US you just marry somebody there and you can just stay . The amount of requirements for people who love each other ,for the right to be together is, what I can see, a lot . Yet 2 UK people on the dole can be together . Talking about being second class citizen and less rights . Yet they think they have too many human rights . wow. Coming to inspect my house , bit of a violation . If its not fit for purpose I'm sure my other half would have something to say is that not up to the people who are together to decide ? Yet they can just enter your property if you don't play ball. Goodbye . It must be the colonial past , cant let go of controlling people. Sad

Depending on the country you live in, I paid for priority visa and I’m a us citizen it took me a month. But that’s just depending how accurate your application is and where you live.
