This is confusing because it seems like you suggested the section is specific to the applicant, and for someone being sponsored, you might think you should list a smaller amount. However, please note that this section requires you to include the costs for flights and other general expenses that the sponsor will cover. Shouldn’t the total amount provided here match the amount stated in the following section about the sponsor's financial support.

Don’t get it twisted. The application questions are directed at the “applicant”, so answer as the applicant. How much of your own money are you spending? It’s asking you to consider cost of flight etc when stating how much you’re going to spend. It’s not asking to state that you’re paying for everything. Then if the applicant is being sponsored, there’s a separate question on that, answer accordingly. Hope this makes sense?

Very calm and well explained. Do you attach your own bank statements if applying on behalf of your minor child or you attach their savings account bank statements but which they have no direct access since they are minors?

Yes. At the end of your application you will see your document checklist. It will outline documents you need to submit based on information in your application.

Please if you’re self employed and you have business account statement and personal account/bank statement which of these two statements would you indicate on the visa application form as an how much amount you earn in a year. I am using my personal account to finance my 10-day trip to UK. I pay myself a salary every month from my business account to personal account.

Hi, How long have you been visiting? You don’t need to wait too long, there is no place on the uk government website that says you need to wait. If you can afford, you can pay for 2 years visa on next application.

That’s fine. It’s stated in the uk.gov website that Pictures are secondary. Try to upload as much documents that show ties before thinking of pictures. Examples: birth certificates, baptism certificates, receipts of payments or bills. If any of you have changed names, upload marriage certificates, change of name affidavits or where applicable divorce or death certificates etc

No they don’t. Pcc and TB tests are only needed for stays longer than 6 months.
