Here are the easy, step-by-step instructions for foot taping with the QUICK TAPE® Foot Support Strap:
1. Clean your foot. Wash your foot with soap and water and dry it thoroughly.
2. Remove the backing from the QUICK TAPE® strap. The strap is pre-cut to fit either foot.
3. Center the strap on the bottom of your foot. The strap should be centered from heel to toe and should cover the arch of your foot.
4. Press the strap firmly into place. Make sure that the strap is secure and that there are no wrinkles or bubbles.
5. Wear the strap as directed. The strap can be worn for up to 7 days. It can be worn in the shower and with any type of footwear.
