How to apply registration verification from PNRC online for NNAS?

Hello everyone!!! I have created this video to share my experience of applying registration verification from PNRC online for NNAS. It was really great experience, hassle free and super fast as compared to going to PNRC in person, submitting documents and again coming back to follow up about the process. Then getting the tracking number and waiting for documents to reach NNAS. Especially if you are coming from far flung cities or villages or you are sending your parents to get this process done. I think now you can always apply it on your own, no matter where you are ( even while sitting abroad). You just need a credit card or debit card to do the payment.
The payment is Rs 4000 in total ( Rs 2000 PNRC fee and Rs 2000 courier fee)

Hi Lily...you definitely have to sign the form before uploading it...its that you are giving your consent to the organisation to reveal your information to PNRC

Hi Harpreet...registration number is like your roll number by which you are uniquely identified in your institute. But if you cannot it ...you can try using your RN number

Hi Priti...yes you have to fill different verification forms for both your GNM as well as post basic. when forms will be generated, NNAS will automatically have two separate forms created for you to submit...

Hi Priya…yes all my documents were sent by courier and all of them reached. It takes some time after they get delivered for your online account to get updated…almost 2 weeks

Hi Kulwinder...apka pehle registration form download krne hai,,,fir section A me sign or date likhni hai...fir scan kr k ye forms PNRC online application me upload karne hai. NOTE: you just have to fill Part A...baki ka form PNRC wale bharenge,,, and form b PNRC wale hi send karenge.

SSA Madam, When we apply for foreign verification, what do we enter in the country name as Newzealand Nursing Council has contract with CGFNS in the USA, CGFNS does the credentials verification and its address is in US. So registration forms (courier) will be sent to US. 🙏Plz reply

Hi...well as per my knowledge it should be sent to US as the evaluating agency is in US. Just like NNAS is evaluating agency for both Canada and US. And for nursing registration in Canada forms are sent to NNAS in US

Hi Inder...try using the compress photo feature given along side...this will help you make your photo and sign as per the requirements for the application...Good luck!!!

So basically you mean that signed and dated in Part A of Nursing Registration Form and Part B & C has to upload on your pnrc account?

Hi Tashi...no , you have to upload the forms with the signed and dated section A, you will be uploading the forms with blank section B and C. PNRC will download these forms from your online application and then fill the blank sections and send the duely filled forms to NNAS

Hi Manu...It should be there as the certificates are preprinted for the purpose . But if not you can check with PNRC people what they prefer...may be its the first or last day of that month.

Hi Randhawa...in masters you usually get RM number if you have masters in ob gynae...so you can put - in the field if it is mandatory

Hi Karandeep...yes, you are absolutely correct. You are only supposed to put your name, date and signature in section A of the forms. Rest sections will be filled the specific authorized persons

Hi Gaganpreet...yes, you can go to PNRC directly also. You have to submit all the documents along with a cover letter and demand draft...but the amount you will have confirm with them as it will vary for in person

Hi jaspreet...I think you should use the date of reissued certificate as you will be using the reissued certificate to ensure that your details are correct.( without error)

Hi Harpreet... the foreign verification form is the Nursing Registration Verification form of your NNAS application. You will find it in your NNAS dashboard under section F in the left side panel. The form has 4 pages and PNRC site asks for each page to be uploaded separately not as a .pdf file.

Hi Qazi...all Internationally educated Nurses have to go through some kind of registration verification process so that they can obtain license or work abroad. There may be some exceptions on country to country basis.

Hi Neetu... in case of PNRC you cannot edit your information after making the payment , they have clearly mentioned it. You have to contact PNRC in person to get the changes done.

Hi Jasmine... You can check the status of your online verification application online. Go to PNRC online, in online verification tab go to track application status. Enter your application reference number and you can see all your updates. it will show your document has been sent by DHL, note that number and track on DHL website to check it has been delivered.

Hi Kulwinder...Once you complete the NNAS application and pay fee, the forms are generated. You have to download these forms and print them. THEN, put your signatures and date on the part A (only) of the downloaded forms. Rest of the sections B and C will be filled by the institutes to which you send them. By putting your signatures in section A you are giving your consent to the institutes to release your personal information on your behalf.

Hi Sarabjit …you are supposed to specify both your educations- GNM as well as post basic as you cannot do post basic until you have done GNM…right! So get both your educations and registrations verified and sent to NNAS . It would be beneficial for your application

Hi Aman...I am talking about the NNAS nursing registration form. It has 4 pages. If CNO requires your nursing registration verification due to some reasons, then you have to mention CNO instead of NNAS and the number of pages that you have in your CNO forms scan them and upload them.

Hi Angelina...you have to fill PNRC foreign verification application online first (note the reference number generated), upload your education forms as well the texas license verification forms( select USA as your country instead of Canada and select the specified board) Pay the fee (4000rs) and your forms will reach the concerned organisation within 2 weeks

If you are talking about the online form, you can edit the application until you have not paid the fee. If you have paid the fee, then you can not edit the information yourself, you will have to contact PNRC to get it corrected.

Hi Boby...Well I have no idea about that. But you can check HNRC site and explore it for any such provision or call and check what is their procedure. But the verification process is more or less same for all countries except for their forms.

Hi Varu... These are the forms of the Nursing organization (of the country) for which you are applying your registration verification. Like NNAS nursing registration verification forms for Canada and USA and NMC nursing registration verification forms for UK

Hi Brijesh…you will find these forms on your NMC online account. Download these forms. And upload in the PNRC application. I had done NMC application, but I donot remember the location of the forms, but you will get it where you get the reference forms, nursing education verification forms

I have completed my Nursing Diploma in 1991 and working abroad. I have applied for CES at CGFNS recently and PNRC send my documents to CGFNS. However now CGFNS send me a note that my Indian nurse " licence validation over three years old", please send request to revalidate". Can you please let me know whether I have to renew my nursing licence and registration at PNRC ? If so, what is the procedure ? Can I do it online ?

Hi Sumam...i will not be able to guide you in this case. usually nursing license has a lifetime validity in INdia, but recently they have started the digital registration of all nurses. And I think they said that the nurses will now have to renew their license every 5 years. May be its because of that, but I am not much sure.

how did you complete verification for CGFNS, have they sent it to CGFNS after you applied. I am so much worried, it took long time (almost 1.5year) with PNRC for the NMBI when I did it 2-3 yrs before.

Hi KIran... you are asking about the nursing registration forms of NNAS right? Yes you just have to put your name, date and sign on the first page and rest all will be filled by PNRC.

Hi Simranjeet...yes the process would be same, only the organisation name , country etc will change as per your board. And you will be uploading only 2 pages of the form as it has 2 instead of 4 which is in case of nnas forms

Hi dear...I think you have to apply all over again as PNRC doesnot have the provision of updating information. You can only edit until you click on save after reviewing the summary of your application. Sorry to hear what happened with you!

Try contacting PNRC through the CONTACT US section on the homepage. But I guess its too late because you are given the choice of editing your information before submitting your documents. You can still contact them. A better option in this scenario is to visit them ( or send your friend) and ask them to with hold sending the information and procedure to correct it. Its never toom late, give it a try.
