It's not worth it for non-native speakers or even native English speakers like myself, who live outside of the UK, North America, New Zealand and Australia. I'm from a NATIVE speaking Caribbean island and they offered me $1.74 per session. That's disgraceful...all because I'm from a smaller, lesser known region!????

@@hinatahyuga7685 I'm from Grenada, a native English speaking island in the Caribbean. You can give a try but I honestly don't think they'll offer you more than $2.00 a session. That's no money where I'm from.

Hi, does anyone have any idea why I always end up with a black screen after I play back my application recording? It shows me on the screen before I record but after that, there is nothing. I'm running out of tries so this is really frustrating. I have tried different cameras and I allowed permissions in the browser so I don't know what to do.

Want to work for Engoo? Apply here, and would you kindly add my tutor ID and name in the referral part: Name: Dan, tutor ID: u6909 - engoo.com/app/teach/apply

@@Wal-Wil Thank you. I should update that comment as I am now lol. Engoo has been really good thanks. They do take things seriously which is good to see, and you get decent communication with the company. You get paid via Payoneer. I didn't have an account and it took nearly a month to get it sorted, but in that time they froze my wages for me and transferred them when I had my account running. The pay is how you say yeah. I've found it easy going, chatting to mostly Japanese adults. The lessons are laid back, and knowing you don't have to get through the entire article before the time is up is really good.

@@Wal-Wil 2/2 The bookings can be quite quick. You can get a lesson booked up until 2 minutes before the lesson start time. Make sure you refresh your schedule. You also get paid for student no shows as well! If you do apply, please add my tutor ID as a reference. I've been struck badly with Covid and have not been able to teach for aw hile, so it would really help! My ID is U6909 :)
