How to Assemble Buttons & Flexes on iPhone XS Max Back Housing in 6 Minutes?

When a back cover glass cracked, we can use the laser separating machine to replace the back cover glass, to recover the back cover with easiest and fastest way.
However, what if the metal back housing itself is broken or distorted? If you didn’t have the back housing correction tool or it’s distorted too badly, to assemble all the buttons and flexes back into a new back housing is the only way to fix this problem.

I had a problem with my iphone xs max on/off button. I can toggle it now but it doesn’t work. It doesnt turn the screen on/off. What do i need to replace to make it function again

Theoretically it's possible, but practically it's very difficult to process. There are two soldering points who connects volume flex and wireless charging sheet, but the two soldering points is under the wireless charging sheet. That means if you want to replace the volume flex separately, you have to remove wireless charging and re-soldering, and put the whole flex again. It doesn't make sense if so.

What if I’m missing one of the fastening pieces for the wifi flex? I’m missing the last metal bracket you installed

Thank you for useful video!! Do you know where is the nfc flex? There are so many information that says it is the one near the wireless changer or camera or upper body… My phone’s nfc have broken. And I cannot figure out what flex to replace…

Which one flex cable is responsible for the Cellular signal? The WiFi or the Bluetooth? Or both

I think the signal antenna flex is near the charging dock flex, which is very similar as the genuine iPhone 2G-3GS

All top and bottom flexes are responsible. iPhone XS uses a four antenna diversity design.

Hi I have crackling or Karoke sound while placing cellular calls. If I press near camera or logic board it becoming normal ! But again problem persist. Rest FaceTime or WhatsApp calls working fine ! What would be the issue ?

The board isn't in the new housing but in the other housing, which connect the new housing flexes with an external testing flex.

Can't say if it has been damaged or not, the only way is install a board to test its function, bro.

If so it probably because the inside plastic clip which connect button and flex has been damaged, check from here 1:05 then it's easier to understand.
