How do I know my crankset size it either says 152 or 162

Hello, To determine your crankset size, look for the stamped number on the crank arm or measure from the center of the bottom bracket to the center of the pedal spindle. The number (152 or 162) represents the length in millimeters.

Hi, sorry to hear your problem. Did you contact our aftersale service center? The email is "support@nakto.com". For battery problem, it could be due to so many reasons. You can do a self check and tell our support team to fast the service process. Check if the light OR horn can turn on after turn on the battery.
