The Centr 3 is a two-in-one home gym that pairs a cable machine with a selectorized Smith bar in one streamlined design. It comes equipped with two 165lb (75kg) weight stacks - which you can tie your Smith bar straight into - and smooth-gliding pulleys for frictionless movement.
