is bone marrow edema at the posterosuperior head of the humerus the same site as the posterior rotator cuff like infraspinatus? What are the common involvements there?

4:43 what's that defects mean?

I mean just normal cartilage defects as in osteoarthritis. sometimes thinned cartilage, sometimes deep defects with missing chunks of cartilage. so always look there.

@1.00 I see small bone or idk what it's called sorry, I see it's moving is it normal? Because I have same issue and been doing treatment for 2months and no improvement in shouldler. Doc saw that moving in MRI and says that is the issue so is it normal or something is wrong? Thanks

It's called *acromion* it's moving is normal or it shouldn't be

can't give you medical advice here, but on MRI everything is static (there are a few exceptions). so you cannot see movement of structures, but you can potentially see secondary signs etc that some movement might be happening. at the acromion what can happen is that the secondary ossification center does not fuse, then you end up with an accessory ossicle or bone (os acromiale) - if you are over 25y of age, as it can fuse quite late. they can be painful and there might be micromovement between an os acromiale and the adjacent acromion of the scapula.

@@DrChristophAgten thank you for replying, last question, as u can see in video at starts at 1.00min acromion was at right and then it was on left side few second mine is same. Is it normal?

@@farhantariq2772 Dear Farhan, not sure if I understand you correctly and I am not sure what you see there. I assume you mean the left bone, next to the acromion is the clavicule. It pops into view as I am scrolling through the images, no movement of anything there
