Yes, you're right. For example, you don't need to wait till PCC completion to start the reinforcement work of the plinth beam, but the reinforcement work of the last part of the beams will be dependent on the PCC of that particular part. FF linking is good for a macro-level schedule as we have done it here, but when you prepare a micro-level schedule always try to use FS linking.

Just to let you know, 'RCC' means Reinforced Cement Concrete which is considered an activity while preparing a BOQ (and nobody writes 'Concreting' instead), and similarly, this term is used in this schedule. 'Reinforcement' is a separate activity, to be precise 'Reinforcement work'. Further, when you'll get a little bit of practical site experience, you'll see that these two activities are executed differently, and this is the reason here we have mentioned both of them separately.
