You'll need:
a cord of your choice (I used 1,5mm)
crimp end tubes (1.5 mm inner size)
clasp with an open jump ring (I used lobster type)
flat nose pliers
crimping pliers

Nice. I just took the earring part off of a snake that I want to make a necklace with when I get some black leather cord. The earrings came with a gold jump ring and earring hook, and I’m going to use silver for the necklace instead. I thought this is how it was done. Great video!
