Ghalat....Agar 16 years education ke baad further studies ke liye means Mphil/M.S ke liye bahar jana ho to just last degree and transcript University se Verify then Hec se attest hoti Hain, apko Matric inter attest nahi karwana hota ibcc se.Matric inter ki attestations wo Karwata to after inter studies ke liye apply kar rha ho

IBCC ka to well explained but University level docs remained unexplained. Kindly make a full fledged video that explains every aspect of the attestation process. Sorry to say but this video is just a time pass from your side. Because you have not talked about the university role in attestation which makes anyone confused easily. Is university attestation necessary before going to HEC or can one directly approach HEC??? Explain it

IBCC attestation not required for HEC attestation. You can get both done in parallel.

It's not too high It cost's just just 1600 for matric /inter (ibcc)
