Good advice, keep your truck clean, interior, bed, no greasy car parts on bed, chains properly secured, also wax your truck and keep windows clean, this makes a big impression on customers.

don great videos very informative ,but what do you suggest when the city you are based out of plays politics on the police tow list? we were told outright by the sergeant who controls the list we could get a application but we would not get on the list! also most of the companies on the list have no operating authority from the state . most of them have been on list since the 1960s ,when we ask the police about this they claim they are grandfathered in . except the state says there is no such thing if you don't have operating authority you cant tow at all in this state . I would be interested to hear your thoughts on the matter thanks and keep up the good work.

I agree with all of the advice, and I understand about the beards but I would keep my beard because I believe obedience to God would be something He would bless me for if I could afford to get in the towing industry. I'm guessing the start-up cost are astronomical because of the insurance, the truck, yard, and any regulations you have to abide by.
