the reason why this guy gives off a pretty bad and fake vibe, even though i see and know he means it all well, is that he translates the process pretty badly. You are not supposed to believe in a fake reality of having something you dont have yet, because your vibe will feel unauthentic, just as this guy every time he gets insecure, asks intimidatingly if somebody has questions. The thing is: you are supposed to be happy with what you ALREADY have, that is the only thing that will authenticate you in front of anyone. Being happy with yourself, your achievements that you already did. So that you are able to tell yourself and others: you know despite everything, it was a pretty though ride getting at this point already but im glad i got myself here, and im working on it to get better. Because if you are not, you are presenting your achievements as if they were worth nothing. And ive seen people being happy with themself while just being an ugly old construction worker, their vibe is most of the time pretty careless and happy, not because they are faking it or because they are stupid, but because they are genuinely happy with themselves and get their confidence from a real sense of self. That is just an example that you dont even need much achievements to be happy with yourself, you can also be that with just being happy to be alive, to be in the experience, to be grateful. I myself did gain much achievements, and i got out of a really abusive parental household, but a sunny day can still rock my world sometimes. That is really the only guide on how to love and respect yourself and your journey, to find joy in the things you already have and to really appreciate it and others will feel that vibe. Otherwise you will hate your life no matter what woman you get, it will never be enough, its just a bad habit that really takes quite some practice to stop.

I think he's focusing too much on self talk. Self talk is very important but it has its limitations. It has to be accompanied by an honest assessment of your own skills/strengths, and then taking realistic, attainable steps towards your goal. There is no quick trick anyone can learn to turn their life around, but saying that wouldn't make a great video. Everyone wants to learn a quick technique that's going to solve their problems, and that doesn't exist.
