NO BOOKING OF APPOINTMENT AT MOE AND MOF. JUST MOVE TO ABUJA WITH ALL YOUR DOCUMENTS AS MENTIONED IN THE VIDEO. THEN YOU NEED TO BOOK APPOINTMENT BEFORE GOING TO THE EMBASSY OF THE COUNTRY YOU ARE APPLYING TO MIGRATE OR TRAVEL TO. THE AMOUNT FOR AUTHENTICATION I STATED IN THE VIDEO, HOWEVER IT MAY VARY OVER TIME.

yes please. each document you submit comes out with a sticker. so , after they are done with verifying your documents at MOE, they put 1 official sticker to each document. i hope this is clearer. Thanks for watching

@@christiannweke9618 if your school has given you your transcript, then go ahead with the process. Some schools do , while don't. if your's has not given you your transcript, speak to someone in MOE for the process to follow. it wasnt my own case.

NOT ALL SCHOOLS IN NIGERIA GIVE OFFICIAL TRANSCRIPT BY HAND. SOME GIVE UNOFFICIAL TRANSCRIPT TO GRADUATING STUDENTS. SO IT DEPENDS ON YOUR UNIVERSITY IN NIGERIA

Thanks. Firstly, i paid about #2500 for scanning and uploading of my documents from the cyber cafe at MOE, before going upstairs to the various offices. Then, at MOF , after they counted my documents, i was told to go to cafe upload my documents the ones they pointed out, then i paid about #4000 , but this time, i paid with my Card. i mean my ATM card because it was an online payment. So, it might vary a bit when you go. Hope this helps

AT MOE YOU HAVE TO SUBMIT YOUR EDUCATIONAL DOCUMENTS, WHICH WILL BE STAMPED AND YOU DO PHOTOCOPIES OF THEM APART. THEN, AT MOF, YOU SUBMIT YOUR EDUCATIONAL DOCUMENTS ALREADY AUTHENTICATED PLUS OTHER NON- EDUCATIONAL DOCS. BEFORE YOU FINALLY TAKE ALL TO THE EMBASSY OF THE COUNTRY YOU ARE APPLYING TO FOR STUDIES.

ALSO CHECK WITH THE EMBASSY OF THE COUNTRY YOU ARE APPLYING TO TRAVEL TO, TO KNOW WHAT DOCUMENTS THEY ACCEPT. SOME EMBASSIES ACCEPT JUST ANY BIRTH DOCUMENT, WHILE SOME LIKE AUSTRIA AND OTHERS, ACCEPT ONLY BIRTH CERTIFICATE FROM NATIONAL POPULATION COUNCIL(NPC). SO DO YOUR FOLLOW UP WITH EMBASSY AND SCHOOL.

NOTARIZATION IS DONE BY A PUBLIC OFFICER. A Notary Public is, therefore, a public official, usually lawyer, authorized to perform acts in legal affairs, in particular witnessing signatures on documents, verification and authentication of documents amidst other functions. HOWEVER, AUTHENTICATION OF DOCUMENTS IS USUALLY DONE AT MOE AND MOF , FOR THE PURPOSE OF STUDYING ABROAD AND SOMETIMES MIGRATING ABROAD FOR OTHER OFFICIAL PURPOSE.

MINE WERE LAMINATED AS WELL. SO, THEY TORE A PART OF EACH AROUND THE LAMINATED OR THE NYLON PART, TO FIX A STAMP FROM MOE AFTER CHECKING THEIR AUTHENTICITY. IT DOESNT POSE A PROBLEM WHEN YOU WANT TO USE IT ABROAD OR FOR OTHER OFFICIAL PURPOSES.

Can someone do that on your behalf when you are no in Nigeria? Then, would the transcripts be students copy or official copy because my school would only send me a student’s copy. YES . YOU WOULD NEED TO SEND THEM ORIGINAL TRANSCRIPTS NOT STUDENTS COPY, YOUR BACHELORS CERTIFICATE, SSCE, PHOTOCOPY OF YOUR PASSPORT INFORMATION PAGE WOULD SUFFICE.

MINISTRY OF EDUCATION IS NOT A SCHOOL. ITS AN ORGANISATION. I KNOW MOST UNIVERSITIES THAT DONT ISSUE ORIGINAL/ OFFICIAL TRANSCRIPTS TO STUDENTS , WOULD NORMAL HAVE A SYSTEM WHERE YOU WOULD HAVE TO PAY AND FILL THE NAME OF THE ORGANISATION OR THE OFFICIAL UNIVERSITY E-MAIL , FOR THEM TO SEND DIRECTLY TO THE UNI ABROAD. SO IF YOUR SCHOOL FALLS UNDER THIS CATEGORY, THEN YOU SHOULD FOLLOW THEIR SYSTEM AS DIRECTED. JUST SUBMIT YOUR WAEC, BACHELORS CERTIFICATE AND BIRTH CERTIFICATE FOR AUTHENTICATION. THEN ,THE TRANSCRIPT SHOULD BE SENT TO THE SCHOOL ABROAD DIRECTLY BY YOUR UNIVERSITY IN NIGERIA.

YES , I DID MINE IN 2 DAYS. I HAD ALL MY DOCUMENTS COMPLETE, SCANNED AND PHOTOCOPIED, THEN UPLOADED ON THE WEBSITE OF MOE AND MOF. SO, ONE DAY FOR MOE, ONE DAY FOR MOF.
