I can’t believe they didn’t mention the importance of electrolytes. I’m referring to Pedialyte. Simply drinking water without electrolytes means that the water you drink will just sit in your stomach until you urinate. Like, to the point where you can feel and just barely hear the water splashing around in your stomach.
