Ever buy something on Amazon and something just feels... off? Well, I've actually purchased branded skincare and haircare products off Amazon that turned out to be FAKE! And I didn't realize it until I had actually used it! 😱
I am the founder of Glowie Co, the ultimate destination for Asian Beauty in the US, and we do sell some of our products on Amazon. As a longtime Amazon shopper and now seller, I have some tips for you to avoid buying fake and counterfeit branded items on Amazon. These tips apply not only to skincare, but for ALL branded items on Amazon.

Amazon also can send you product that is not from chosen seller inventory just because its closer to your zip code.

Hi! i have a question. Lets just say i want to buy something with no reviews, then I look at the sellers shop and see that they are active and that they are not just a dull shop. Do you think its still ok to buy the item?

If you buy through a reputable seller, you should be good! If you are unsure, I recommend buying through the brand's website or a retailer :)

U can’t also use review or comments to judge a product cos it could be someone paid to destroy the image of the brand. You literally said nothing just talking too much.

I'm advising to look at the reviews of the individual seller selling the item on Amazon, not the product itself. On Amazon, there can be up to 20+ sellers for a single product. It's worthwhile to look at their reviews.
