Hello, excellent video, I have a question, is it possible to have clear return policies saying that returns of any kind are not accepted and that the customer agrees that they will not raise disputes?

Thanks for the positive feedback. As for your question regarding return policies, you would have to look at the consumer laws in your country. I would guess that in most countries, there may only be a few exceptions where consumer protection does not apply (e.g when buying faulty goods when they have been clearly labelled as such). But like I said, you would have to read the laws and regulations in the countries within which you are doing business to be 100% sure.

Idk if you are going to read this. Please, my 6k Euros got freezed yesterday. My account is on hold and they sent an email stating my account will remain close even after I provided them everything. 0 chargebacks. Total posted 13k Euros in 30 days of period. Can you please help and fix? I have got salaries and rents to clear and this will just burn everything. I noted your advices and surely following them for a new account.

Planning on using Stripe Connect for a marketplace make Direct charges to Standard connected accounts to sell physical products. If there are disputes/chargebacks to the individual connected accounts is the platform account at risk or just the individual connect accounts?

Does stripe blacklist by name or what? I had a partner of mine working in a high risk industry from one of my stripe accounts and unfortunately it got shut down (rightfully so, huge dispute rate) My question is how do I create a new account for a legit business that I incorporated and everything? i sell clothes (with no adult/edgy graphics) and they still closed my account labelling it "high risk" even after I provided with shipping tracking numbers from my clients etc.
