Bake your own rolls quickly and easily at home. The perfect Sunday rolls.
After mixing, put the dough in the kneading machine for about 5-7 minutes. Then let it rise covered for about 1 hour. After shaping the buns, let them rise again, covered, for 30 minutes. Place a heatproof bowl with some water in the bottom of the oven and preheat it to 230°C/446°F top bottom heat. Cut in the rolls, spray with water and place in the oven for approx. 22-25 minutes (depending on the oven and the desired browning of the rolls).
Ingredients:
500g wheat flour 550
5g dry yeast
11g salt
10g butter
300ml water (depending on the flour it can also be 320ml).
