Great video, Sam! Do you typically follow an upper/lower 4 day split? And I noticed you start with the more technical olympic lifts before squats and RDLs. Is that how you perform each leg day? I find that cleans really help to potentiate and warm up my squats or deadlifts, so I do the same personally. Just wondering if you always layer leg days like that or ever switch it up. Thanks!

So glad you enjoyed it! I generally follow an upper/lower ish split. I do weightlifting most days, but almost always before squats and hinges (RDLs or deadlifts).just to minimize fatigue for the fast lifts.
