At a time there was only GoPro Hero 2 available with no timelapse or timer. DJI released their first Phantom I only in 2013. So yeah, now you can be all fancy, but back in a dayzz people had to be creative.

If you are gonna try, at least put a small parachute on.. it will help the camera facing down and also help it land slower so you can catch it...Make sure you toss it high enough though..

"Pentax is shit, Pentax is shit!" You have me rolling!!! They surely aren't the best, but I still use my PZ-10 SLR from the early 90s and it still gets some damn good shots. Been on 3 Aircraft Carriers too. Durable, yes. Professional quality, maybe their new DSLRs.

Jasenko Stojakovic They most likely got it from ebay or amazon, but sometimes a brand like nikon give out dummies so 3rd party brands can make things for it

Just do it with a go pro you can toss it higher and it's easier to catch and u can just hit record and take a sill from it later

First, let me just say that yours is by far the most entertaining and informative photography channel on youtube, and I always enjoy your videos. That being said, if I ever saw somebody taking a perfectly good DSLR and throwing it into the air, I would run up to them and kick them in the junk.
