You hold the lean button while waking slowly the same button that allows you to lean aim around corners.

@@kevincloud574I always thought to myself they should put in an emote that allows you to actually walk exactly like one so unless you’re up close you couldn’t tell but this is pretty good

Done it once, I was already limping from being both sick and injured, low on health. Super raggy clothes (don't remember if they were ruined) but I was basically just shuffling about trying to avoid fights to reach a medical area. 2 guys with police gear ran right up the other side of the road from me and kept going. I nearly passed out in RL.

@@danielnekrash6771 you could do what hes talking about on pretty much any platform. DayZ is made for PC though, IMO.
