Im 17, almot turning 18. i proposed almost a year ago and have to wait to get married when i turn 18. And i believe the Lord is talking to me to become a better Man. The peace you're referring to surpasses understanding. But Philippians 4:6-7 tells us how to get it: "do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. Consider, “entering into the cloud”, as being “overshadowed by a cloud”, as “seeing the kingdom of God”, as “those things which they had seen”, as your “translation”, as “coming into the glory”, as “coming into a Divine nature”. One thing I see that is wrong with people getting married is that they don’t either believe in GOD, or they don’t pray to GOD that he will send the woman to that he has made for you, the one he says you should marry. A lot of times people marry who ever, and that’s not the right person and they wind up divorced. Always, and FIRST off petition GOD, remember you will be one flesh and one for eternity.

I’m trying not to bash my wife but I’ve had to grow and adapt in my marriage to accommodate my wife to the point of ending hobbies. I’ve come to the conclusion she doesn’t want a husband but a servant. Massages are always, do her feet. 1-2 hours later it turns into a massage top to bottom. No matter how much my hands, arms shoulders and back burn, tighten and ache. But even that I maybe wouldn’t mind but it comes a lot with insults and yells of TOO HARD or NOT HARD ENOUGH. All making me dread serving the women. I’ve taken over all chores. She won’t even separate her own laundry when it’s right next to her. I confronted her about it now she hasn’t talked to me in 2 weeks unless to do an errand and tell me she needs money through text. She wants me to apologize. Which I have, still nothing. She still makes me lunch and dinner, her only regular chore mainly because she hates my cooking. It which blows my mind. Anyway thoughts?

There is a difference between sons of God and sons of men and likewise with daughters. To be the best husband don't desire a wife to be as the daughters of men. Don't, 'Kiss an angel good morning and love her like the DEVIL when you get back home.', as one song says.
