Leadership is one of the most important element of human life. Every aspect of our life is driven by leaders whether its your family, street, city, country, state etc. Leaders are the people who run the show and execute things. Leaders are people who set the vision for future so that people can follow them for prosperity and growth. There has been so much written about leadership that it is near to impossible to consolidate that in a single video. 1 strength of character (authenticity, humble, trust people, caring personality- closeness, walk the talk what he said should accomplished People will follow actions, leader sbould be courageous 2-sharp problem solving skills, different looking for answer, mental agility, solve the problem, look larger picture, longer run how this solution will work. Emotional intelligence. Ability to control the emotions and how to judge thr emotions of other. 4-Ability to produce Leader

Excellent stuff sir By the way, what keeps a leader motivated, determined & he/she does not loose hope? In a movie Invictus, based on Nelson Mandela, he says, a leader gets motivated by some incidents, as he got motivation from a poem while in jail. What are your thoughts ?

1-Positional leadership (influenced over talent, use boss influence, baseline layer, designated work) 2-permission - (relationship building so people allow to lead) 3 - production (work environment) 4-people development (successor, make new leader) 5-Pinnacle - personality larger then life)
