I quite like the mindset of this. I enjoy a lot of sports and have never been able to fully commit and therefore excel in one. I like being quite well rounded physically. Personally I have done sprinting, ultramarathons, cycling, tennis, skiing, strongman, Muay Thai & BJJ. Not the best at any of them, but enjoy the variety

Yeah I’ve started to realize that my genetics will allow some muscles to look crazy shredded and leaves others not looking as great as I want. We just roll with the cards we are dealt and try to remember that what people show on social media is usually the most perfect parts of themselves
