No wonder I cannot get above a 90. :(( I need to rest and take care of myself, bc whenever I study, I could just study for hours and not have one single break. But my brain is processing so much information and I need to refresh my brain. 😭

i really like those tips, even if you didn't mention it specifically, but gave it in the context of tip number 9, and 12. its important to have optimal breaks. some things i have in mind for this are: - Experiment with break lenghts: depend how i feel, how focus i stay, how long i have been studying, etc... - avoid screen time in breaks, just to avoid a endless scrolling (even if i wanna watch an espisode of a series or anime ) instead i go for a walk, do some strech or yoga (10 minutes is enough), play with my pet, go outside to buy someting , or just sit near the window and watch the city while i listen to some music, meditation or deep breaths too. - mindfulness about what im doing, how is this is important in my life/carrer, even if im tired of it why doing it its a step in the path of mi life. -Stay Consistent: Establish a consistent study routine with regular breaks built into your schedule. - last but not least, just listen to your body, to your mind. sometimes its really hard just to continue, so maybe now it not the time, try later. but just keep trying.

Super helpful. Although the thing is that my very verryyyy close friends they always avoid sitting upfront(as we are very introverted and don't want to get called during discussions😅) . I on the other hand wanted to sit up front. The point is that, I don't want this to be a reason to have a distanced friendship in that way. If you know what I mean.
