You guys do know that Fromsoftware doesn't even own the licenses to the Souls games and Bloodborne anymore right? They sold the licenses for Demon's Souls and Bloodborne to Sony, and the Dark Souls trilogy to Bandai Namco. They also said that if a remaster of the games were to happen, they would have no involvement with it's creation. It's not Fromsoftware's fault for DSR's problems, if anything it's Bandai Namco's. It's also not their decision whether to make a Demon's Souls Remaster. That's entirely Sony's decision.

is it worth it tho? i heard that there are still problems with emulating PS2, let alone PS3 and you need really good PC to run it. Im no expert tho, if you could shed some light on the topic, that would be great XD

Well, my pc can barerely handle it, with an AMD FX-8320 3.2Ghz Octa-Core and a GTX 960 i get around 25 fps at 1080p. so... it depends if your pc is powerful or not (specially CPU wise) , but since i still have a working PS3 with a retail copy of DeS in my hands, i don't worry a lot with RPCS3.

I used Warding (with Ring of Magical Nature for +1 slot) to kill the Maneaters in my SL1 run, recasting all the time was terrible, though. It's a good approach if you don't want to risk getting rekt using Hypermode, since Warding reduces physical damage by 70%.

I miss the how OP you could get in this game. This was the only game where bows can be stronger than your weapons. Dex build? Sticky compound bow +10. That thing was able to easily kill flamelurker. Also magic was the best thing ever. Dark souls is similar in this aspect but demon souls will always have more OP spells. Why did they have to remove the split spell slot feature ( faith and magic had different slots, allowing you to use tons of faiths and spells).

Demon's souls is 13 years old at this point and people are still making content based on it. If that's not a sign of a game's endurance, I don't know what is.
