These rules are still in favour of KSA's government, not in favour of investors. If you check the rules of UAE regarding starting a business, then those rules are in favour of the government as well as investors. There is no prerequisite to start business in the UAE. You can start the business from scratch.....

I was trying to go from America to Saudia but since i hear these rules than I would say I would stay here and just go to ummrah with evisa and hajj. Very strict rules, too much fees and expenses. I was only going there because of kabaa and Madina but since these rules and how they treat foreigners I would say I am happy here.

What I like about the UAE compared to KSA is that there's only 5% VAT, compared to 15% VAT in KSA. Also, there's no dependent fee in the UAE, which is there in Saudi Arabia. It is $106 per person per month, and that too without any benefits. Mainly, it is one of the reasons why Mr. Abdul's family is still in Pakistan. Now, presently, I personally think Canada is the place to immigrate to. It offers good quality of education and life, as well as easier acquisition of citizenship compared to other countries.

Assalamualikum, brother as far as I know the scope of chef is very high in Ksa specially in makkah and Madina as the restaurants and hotels will require chefs for the upcoming visitors and pilgrims. You may also contact tours and travel agency as they have links with hotels and restaurants
