Tips to beachstart like a pro in little water depth in 5 steps:
- run fast in little water depth: no need to have a drop!
- put your hands on top of the board after giving a little speed of your foil, where you will place your feet
- keep your upper body above the board while running: it will make easier to jump on it
- jump high on your board: use your legs to jump high instead of pushing with your arms
- stay high on your mast until you reach deep water

- gong Veloce stab 47H
- gong HM mast 70cm

Nice video, thanks! But I don't see how it's possible to stay very close to the board without the stabilizer cutting your feet!🤔

@@philippemartin9690 safety first! :) wear some neoprene shoes and suit. At the beginning, use a dick low aspect ratio front wing and stabiliser. Don’t use sharp ones ! The feet stay away from the foil but the upper body should remain over the board to make the jump on the board easier.
