I like Kaija's presence. Thank you for just being you and being kind- many times I'm intimidated to try new things.. You make it seem ok to not be perfect. Your video is great 😃👍

Thank you, Kaija! I have often admired seeing sweetgrass added to beading in this manner and we have had it begin to grow all on its own outside of our off-grid home in Prince George, BC where we have our lodge.

Thank you for your video. I’m using it as a reference teaching my daughter. This may be helpful to you. Having the printed wheel on both sides matching rather than the blank on the back helps to line the needle on the backside when sewing down the outline. Also on your light color say the white and yellow 1 dot on each when you print then you can line the 2 dots up the lines will naturally. Blessing up and again Thank you ❤

I really like to learn about anything & everything in beading. I had some difficulties watching this video because most of the time the work is out of focus and/or out of view, painful. Anyway, thank you for sharing and hopefully the next videos will be much better.

When you go back two do you go through the beads
@onwa_official3 ай бұрын
Yes, you go through the two beads. It helps fasten them better to the backing material.

Thank you for this very inspiring video. I am in Winnipeg, do you ship kits I can purchase? If not, can you provide a list of supplies I will need to buy? Thank you

What kind of needle did you you use for the sweetgrass edge? was it the same beading needle?
@onwa_official9 ай бұрын
Kaija (the one teaching in the video) used a sharp (type of needle) for the sweetgrass as she was also sewing the backing to it as well. Her backing was made of deer hide, but it depends on how thick your backing is, because you can use a regular needle if the backing is thin. Hope that helps.

I have watched so many times andni still can’t see exactly what you are doing. Sorry.
@onwa_official9 ай бұрын
We are sorry to hear that. Is there something in particular that you are having trouble with? Or do you have any suggestions on what would make it clearer to follow?

You moved around so much, in and out of the frame, blurred. Couldn't really see what you were doing.
