I like the idea of getting players thinking about the full-game approach and being several steps/plays ahead as well as building on previous possessions (the chess match). In this case, it was the mention of what the defender is likely thinking and biased towards based on what you've done previously during the game, and how the forward can take advantage of that. Again, the chess match. That's one of the big differences between improvising and reactionary play and actual thoughtful/deliberate (maniuplative) play. I haven't seen any other hockey channel go into that. Nice work.

I’ve been using these techniques for 2 months and they’ve been affective. It’s allowed me to become more confident with the puck and carry it for a lot longer. I appreciate the tips, and do you have any other videos that focus on soft hands/stick handling and becoming more aware of your options for passing lanes?

@@carteranderson7518 100 percent and if your forwards aren't playing a two-way game and back checking then they aren't playing a team game either....one of my clinics right we are working on more aggressiveness in the neutral zone to not even let the attack gain the D zone.
