EXERCISE BUILDS RESILIENCE
Exercise or resilience don’t make the problems go away. But they can make you capable of handling them better.

There is not a soul on this earth who does not have to face a difficult situation, but it’s how one reacts makes the problem bearable or unbearable and the difference lies in: Resilience.
.
Alcohol is a sedative and is classified as a depressant, because it slows down the brain and changes the way you think, feel, and act. With constant indulgence and time you can build tolerance to the de-stressing effect of it, which may lead to not just higher consumption but also regressing your ability to cope up with stress.

So don’t look for solutions outside when the solution is within you. Exercise for mental resilience too.
