I watched the Magical Girl Site anime about two years ago. I thought it was really cool. As far as anime themed around the "dark side" of magical girls is concerned, the raw quality just isn't at the level of the more known and popular Madoka series. However, I found more enjoyment in Magical Girl Site for its insane wackiness. Last year, I purchased the manga and I had a blast reading it. The anime doesn't even come close to covering what the manga does. I definitely recommend it to anyone that enjoyed the anime.

I've had a fixation on this manga for a few years and if anyone is curious, Magical Girl Apocalypse also ties into Magical Girl Site. these two made me love magical girl genres with horror the wackiness is just unique for the genre

As a woman that wears glasses, I'll have to say that not all people with glasses are evil, just a decent amount have natural "Glasses Guy Energy" sometimes. For this Glasses Guy through, the biggest mistake of this anime was simply not killing him to prevent a lot of problems in the future - just saying.

Fun fact:The meme "please babe stop you're not..." was from this manga

it's both a plus and a minus that the anime doesn't have Alice from the manga, she's got an extremely useful wand and knows enough to not use it like it's going out of style like half the girls do but she also just never turns up at one point when she's the only one who could have done anything where do they find Alice later in the manga after she bailed? playing video games. Fortnite was apparently more important than her real life team "you've lived your whole life in a world that completely hates and mistreats you" if I ever began to think of a quip relating that to reality, do I call someone for depression?

id say to read the manga if you want because it not only goes deeper into magical girls but also the site owners. like how nana became a site owner in the spinoff short series was kind of brutal and made me feel horrible.

The more I watch these videos, the more I realize something. Why is it always the glasses guy/girl that's a total psycho? Is this an anime trope that I've been oblivious to all these years? 😅

I mean makes sense the more wands you use the more life force is going to be consumed.

That makes me think though. If all of them have different powers but using them has a limited number before they die why would they not team up nothing is stopping multiple people from combining ability's. Freezing time alone is op but being able to freeze time, teleport people etc all combined is unstoppable.

I actually have volumes 1 and 2 of the manga of this anime. And I thought Aya was loved by her parents and her brother was the one not being loved.

Bro I was so interested by this anime that I decided to rewatch it and after that I wanted to know the actual ending and I read the whole manga and I have no regrets. It's an absolutely amazing manga/anime. Definitely recommend to people who watched the anime and want more

One of my all time favourite anime Back when I was new to anime,I decided to try some magical girl series since it's one of popular genre but this hit the innocent me like a truck I thought magical girls were about changing dresses and being sparkly but no,they don't even change clothes and dark as fck but this hooked me so much that I even went and read manga 😢😂❤

What I would do simple I’d conserve my magic, but when someone threatens me well, depending on what my magic is, which I feel like mine would be some kind of gauntlet, or some thing of the like, you know something I can already see it actually, my wand would be someone kind of little bot which expand into a gauntlet with runes in the shape of circuitry and my magic mind control I flash them with a beam from my gauntlet, causing their eyes to go black and corruption expand from their eyes. Now they’re under my control. I can utter a single word, and they will do it, so I could tell an enemy to use their wand until they’re out of life and they would do it.

Moral of the story: Don't trust any guys with glasses

Why are there people still this day who says that the manga of Magic Girl Site is better than the anime? Although I respect everyone's opinion, I don't find that it makes sense, I saw a video from someone who had read the manga about this and it is horrible, the pace feels very bad, the autor put very ridiculous things in the story, like Aya and Yatsumura are sisters and became a couple, although there is a happy but very forced ending, while in the anime everything feels much better and better told.

I like the first half where you genuinely came up with ideas on how to go smart about this, but around the end you’re just doing a summary. This anime definitely tried to have their angsty Grimdark cake and eat it too with all the cutesy moe stuff, but I heard the manga will go into transphobia racism and incest so maybe I’m glad the anime ended here.
