For those wondering. The odds that you won't get through the stoplight door on a roll is about 40.2%. The odds of you not getting through 3 times in a row is about 6.5%. The odds of rolling all sixes on 10 dice is about 1 in 60 million or around 0.00000165%.

@OhsoLosoo honestly, that's the easiest one to calculate. Since the odds of rolling a 6 on one die is 1/6, the odds of rolling all sixes is (1/6)^n where n is the number of dice rolled. (1/6)^10 is equal to( 1^10)/(6^10), and since 1 to any power is 1, it reduces to 1/(6^10). 6^10 is 60,466,176. Which is about either 60 million or 60.5 million depending on your significant figures. Funnily enough, this sort of distinction is the origin of the math joke "2+2=5 for exceptionally large values of 2."

Yea the 1 that stumped me for a bit was that 40% on the red/green. I eventually just did the odds of rolling 3 reds in a row outta 4 die because I couldn’t figure out how to approach it starting w/ the green probability haha

the fact that he wins almost all the mini games but then gets so screwed on the dice rolls is the best part

game either has a bad random number generator system that isnt really random or more likely puts a lot of weight behind slowing down the first player. Game doesn't want one player winning 4 minigames in a row and making it all the way to end. I bet if he strategically lost more minigames hed have a better chance of winning. Like when he's stuck at a gate, winning the minigame with a huge roll probably decreases the chance it will open.

I one time had a dream that Poof and I were playing this game and we ended up losing to Matt. He gets angry at me and yells “This is all your fault!” I yelled back “No it’s not!” He then points his Wii controller at me and presses a button and a bullet flys out and it goes into my chest and kills me. He then drags me outside to his backyard and gets a shovel to bury me in the ground while “Here Comes The Sun “ by the Beatles plays.

Wii Party U has a few “amazing feats” which are basically really hard achievements you can earn. Rolling 10 dice in high rollers and getting all the same number is an amazing feat. (It also gives you the 5 dice matching bonus)

Well yes. Getting 7 of a kind with 7 dice on any number is a 1 in 46k chance, while a 10 of a kind with 10 dice on any number is a 1 in 10 million chance. It doesn’t have to be a specific number.

If you want to get technical, Poof also did his "win every minigame" challenge on wii party u against beginners with dudy dude. he quit twice and also lost a complete game. This means dudy dude lost on wii party u beginner difficulty a total of 6 times before winning. Man might take fewer tries to beat master out of pure luck
