I don't usually write a lot about my college but HBTI is not a college lost. I have graduated from there and all I know is, a college is made by its students and if you go at every platform criticizing and downplaying it at every place, it will go even down below. Good luck with your Data Science job!

It seems he doesn't know data structures. Honestly, how did he even write optimized code then? Problem with people nowadays is that they directly start learning Python which doesn't provide proper idea on how to use OOP concepts. Better to start with C++/Java and then move to python.
@tanulsingh4797
@tanulsingh4797 4 жыл бұрын
@sam Anderson, I have less knowledge of ds and algos but I am familiar with oops concepts and I write my code in clean, structured way. If I go by your approach won't it take forever to even start data science let alone do good? I agree that ds is important and that's why I am learning it now. As for optimized code, most of the libraries in python are already optimized in the first place and I just use them 😉
@shan6828
@shan6828 4 жыл бұрын
@@tanulsingh4797 I work with deploying and scalability for my company. The C++ codes run much faster than Python for the same task. We make the C++ functions modular and call it from python for most of the ML tasks. So, the ML part of the code runs on python (Pytorch) but rest of the code runs on native C++. Overall this reduces the latency significantly (around 3.5x faster) Edit: If possible I would recommend writing the ML code in C++ as well, but unfortunately, there aren't many libraries even though there is CUDA support for C++.
